Well done to everyone for completing the Great North Run in hot conditions. Despite the heat, the club had some great performances.
Fred Davies was the first Heaton Harrier to finish. An incredible overall position of 40th in a time of 1:11:57. James McKenzie was second home for the club in 63rd position in 1:14:31 with Eddie Knight third home in 1:16:19.
Ellie Reed was the 1st female home for the club in 806th position overall (27th female) in 1:29:58. Jo Woodcock was the second female home for the club just behind in 1:30:23 and Laura Oldfield was third female in 1:38:59.
