About The Session

Meet at the new Balliol course (near the entrance to Nuffield Gym Car Park)

In the usual groups run 1km around the Balliol loop (clockwise) above threshold (your 10k race pace) followed by 1km under threshold (your half marathon race pace) and repeat for 30 minutes.

Note: If driving to the session please park in the public car park next to the Nuffield Gym.
