Open to all club members this is our annual mass start 3 mile club race.

Held in April, this is your chance to compete for the famous Ringtons Cup, originally gifted to the club by Ringtons Tea Company and made of solid silver! There are two main prizes on offer, Overall Winner and Women’s Winner, with full age category prizes for both male and female runners.

Facilities are open at Cochrane Park for parking and changing before and afterwards. It is a 1km warmup from Cochrane Park to Industry Road. There will be a prize presentation held after the race with other club prizes including Athlete of the Year and Most Improved Athlete presented.

The race is around our regular Club Handicap route – the start and finish place has changed in recent years to reflect our move to Cochrane Park and now takes place on Industry Road behind Crosslings. The course is flat and known for fast times with the chance for members to run a personal best as well as win the prizes on offer.
