The 2023 Heaton Harriers Memorial Races will be held on Newcastle Town Moor, Sunday 12th November.

All finishers this year will receive a sustainable Memorial Races Medal and re-usable lanyard.
All races are chipped timed by Timing Up North, including junior events.
Race numbers are to be collected on the day from Race HQ (Royal Grammar School, NE2 4DX)
Race numbers will not be posted to you.

Please park responsibly around the Royal Grammar School. Jesmond Metro is only a short walk from Race HQ and the Start/Finish area.
Race Prizes
1st Male and 1st Female: £200 cash
2nd Male and 2nd Female: £75 cash
3rd Male and 3rd Female: £50 cash
Heaton Harriers recognises all age categories therefore we offer 1st, 2nd and 3rd age category prizes for each 5 year category after V35 (minimum of 3 runners required per age category)

A £200 bonus will be awarded if the 10k overall course records (male 29:32 or female 34:06) are broken.
Heaton Harriers will be incorporating the annual North Eastern Counties Athletics (NECAA) and North East Masters Athletics (NEMAA) 10k Road Race Championships in this years Memorial Races.
