About The Session

This is a 54321 timed session where you will run an effort for an amount of time with an active recovery between each effort. Efforts should be ran at your 5k race pace. The session will be as follows:

5 minutes effort
2 minutes jogging recovery
4 minutes effort
1:30 minutes jogging recovery
3 minutes effort
1:30 minutes jogging recovery
2 minutes effort
1 minute jogging recovery
1 minute effort
2 minutes jogging recovery.

The session will be 23 minutes in length.

Note: Please park in the public car park next to the Nuffield Gym so you don’t obstruct the route.
There may also be a section of the course where the street lights are not working. If you have a head torch this would be recommended.
