About The Session

Pick a partner of equal ability. Runner A runs a lap of Dukes Pond fast (see above map) while runner B rests.
When runner A finishes one lap, runner B runs one lap of Dukes Pond fast and runner A rests.
This continues for 25 minutes.

This is a vo2 max session so try and reach vo2 max as quickly as possible. To enable you to get a good training effect from it spend between 8 and 12 minutes of the session at vo2 max.

The distance is just over 600 meters per effort. All groups should get at least 6 efforts in.

Please watch out for members of the public, cyclists, dogs and the occasional swan. The paths are narrow and we do no have right of way.
