About The Session

Running VO2 Max for 400m on the track alongside the Cat and Dog Shelter. Take 50% of effort time as a recovery and repeat for 30 minutes.

This is usually a quiet route but please watch out for members of the public, cyclists, dogs and horses. We do not have right of way.
