About The Session

Done in groups on the new Balliol loop run 1 mile efforts at medium-hard effort with a 2 minute recovery (walk or slow jog) back to the start and repeat for 25 minutes.

The course will be marked out. The loop is usually quiet but please do watch out for the occasional pedestrian and cyclist.

Note: Please park in the public car park next to the Nuffield Gym so you don’t obstruct the route.
There may also be a section of the course where the street lights are not working. If you have a head torch this would be recommended.
