A few people have asked whether Tuesdays training session will be going ahead with the forecast temperatures tomorrow. We’re still proceeding as normal but due to the higher than normal temperatures please follow the below advice from the club training session leaders:
- We recommend running the session as an easy run.
- Please hydrate in advance and carry water if you can during the session.
- Tell someone if you’re feeling unwell during the session and stop running.
- Please consider missing the session if you have felt unwell recently or have any underlying health conditions.
The weather forecast is for 29-30c at 19:00 so please act responsibly and use your common sense.
