About The Session
Continuously run a 800m figure of 8 circuit up and down the Rising Sun Pit Heap for 30 minutes. Starting at the top of Pit Heap run in groups based on ability slow on the downs and hard on the ups.
This is usually a quiet route but please watch out for members of the public, cyclists, dogs and horses. We do no have right of way.
