About The Session

This is a continuous 30 minute run within the usual groups on the Matthew Bank hill course in Jesmond. See above for map for starting/meeting point and route.

Running in groups run the hill hard to the top (there is a postbox to mark the end of the effort) then easy/recovery run back through the estate to the start and repeat for 30 minutes. This is an excellent hill session to build strength for the Cross Country season.

If your group requires a longer recovery run down Sturdee Gardens instead of Keyes Gardens.

Please watch out for pedestrians and the occasional car in the estate on the recovery. We do not have right of way.
