Number pickup is from Jesmond Dene Cafe (Millfield House) NE7 7BQ from 17:30.
Toilets are available at Jesmond Dene Cafe.
Race begins on Armstrong Bridge at 19:30.
Course will be fully marshaled with lead bike and tail runner
Presentation of prizes will happen at Jesmond Dene Cafe (Millfield House) approx 20:30.

Parking is available around the Corner House Pub and Peoples Theatre off A1058 Coast Road (about a 5 minute walk to Armstrong Bridge) Please not parking restrictions if parking at the Corner House Pub.
Please do not obstruct roads or driveways of neighbouring streets.
