If you are interested in joining Heaton Harriers please complete the below form to trial some training sessions.

A club captain will be in touch to arrange a suitable training session(s) for you to attend.

All we ask is that you are able to run the minimum of 5 miles at 10 minute mile pace or better. This is about the average distance we cover in our training sessions – this includes a warm up and cool down.

During winter months (September – April) please wear high-viz and a chest or head torch if possible.

We meet for training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm.
