About The Session

Form in groups of ability and run 3k efforts at your half marathon pace. You should still be able to communicate a few words at this pace but not have a full conversation. Have 2-3 minutes standing recovery between each effort.

Groups 5 and 6 will run 3k x2 with 3 minutes standing recovery between the efforts.

This is usually a quiet pedestrian free course but please watch out for members of the public, cyclists and turning vehicles. The paths are wide but we do no have right of way.

Please park in the public car park next to the Nuffield Gym so you don’t obstruct the route.
